About the Role:

Institutional Sales professional


Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Expansion:

    Identify and onboard hotels, resorts, corporates, builders, interior designers, and institutional buyers to grow Bed & Fur’s presence in the B2B segment.
  • Sales & Business Development:

    Pitch product solutions, present proposals, negotiate contracts, close orders, and consistently achieve institutional sales targets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with purchase heads, project teams, procurement managers, and decision-makers.
  • Travel & Client Meetings:

    Conduct frequent field visits across regions to meet clients, understand project requirements, and drive new business opportunities.
  • Project & Order Coordination:

    Work closely with the production and logistics teams to ensure timely sampling, approvals, dispatches, and smooth delivery of institutional orders.
  • Market Intelligence & Research:

    Monitor competitor offerings, pricing trends, customer needs, and industry movements to generate insights and support strategic decision-making.


Requirements:

  • 1-3 years of experience in 

    sales, distribution, or business development

    , preferably in B2B / institutional / project sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.
  • Willingness to travel extensively to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities.
  • Strong ability to build new business relationships.
  • Exposure to industries like hospitality, builders, architects, furniture, interiors, corporate procurement, or allied categories.
