Institutional Sales

As an Institutional Sales Executive in a sell-side stock broking firm, your role will involve conducting regular meetings with existing and prospective buy-side clients. You will coordinate with the research team to communicate investment ideas and facilitate meetings between clients and the research team. Onboarding new institutional clients is essential to drive business revenue growth. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients at all levels, including CIOs, Fund Managers, Analysts, and Dealers, is a key aspect of the role. Additionally, you will arrange management meetings, plant visits, and other engagements for clients, keeping them informed about current market events and developments. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct regular meetings with existing and prospective buy-side clients - Coordinate with the research team to communicate investment ideas - Facilitate meetings between buy-side clients and the research team - Onboard new institutional clients to drive business revenue growth - Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with all levels of buy-side clients - Arrange management meetings, plant visits, and other engagements for buy-side clients - Keep buy-side clients informed about current market events and developments Qualifications Required: - Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in institutional sales within a sell-side stock broking firm - Proven track record in building and maintaining relationships with both existing and new clients - Excellent sales and relationship management skills - In-depth knowledge of current market trends and dynamics - Strong communication and presentation abilities - Capability to effectively collaborate with individuals at all organizational levels - Demonstrated success in closing business deals - General understanding of financial markets and investment strategies Please note that this is a full-time, permanent position with the requirement to work in person.,
