We’re Hiring: Institutional Sales Manager – Heritage Bazaar (Delhi) About Heritage Bazaar Heritage Bazaar is a Delhi-based organization dedicated to promoting and preserving India’s cultural legacy through handcrafted products and artisan-made collections. We work directly with skilled craft clusters across India, supporting traditional artisans while offering high-quality, authentic products to institutions, corporates, export houses, and retail customers. Our mission is to create sustainable livelihoods for artisan communities while bringing Indian craftsmanship to contemporary markets. We are looking for an Institutional Sales Manager who will independently lead our B2B sales operations. This role requires a self-driven professional who can represent our brand, introduce our company to the market, build partnerships, and drive business growth from the ground up. Location: Delhi Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in Institutional / Corporate / Export House Sales Industry Preference: Export Houses / Handicraft / Lifestyle / Gifting / Retail (preferred) Role Highlights: • You will be the primary sales representative for the company • Full ownership of lead generation → client meetings → closures → relationship management • You will introduce and position Heritage Bazaar across B2B & institutional networks Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve growth targets • Identify and build partnerships with corporates, NGOs, schools, government bodies, export houses, and retail partners • Negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial agreements • Ensure strong client servicing and repeat business • Prepare sales reports and market insights for management review What We’re Looking For: • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Proven track record of closing deals independently • Market understanding and strong networking abilities • Self-driven, proactive, and confident personality Why Join Us: • High ownership role with direct business impact • Opportunity to build the sales vertical from scratch • Supportive and growth-focused work environment Qualifications: • Graduate or Postgraduate in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and closing institutional deals • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills • Ability to work independently and take full ownership of the sales function • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage • Strong networking capability and understanding of institutional procurement cycles
