Sales Representative - Home Furnishings

The Sales Representative position based in Indore, with travel to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities, is a full-time role offering a fixed salary along with incentives and provided travel & daily allowance. As a Sales Representative, your primary responsibility will be to enhance our brand presence in offline retail home textile and furnishing stores. To excel in this role, you must possess strong sales acumen, self-motivation, and a readiness to embark on business development journeys to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. Your key responsibilities will include expanding the market by identifying and onboarding home textile & furnishing retailers, pitching products, closing deals, meeting sales targets, managing relationships with retailers, distributors, and store owners, engaging in frequent travel for store visits, client meetings, and brand growth, ensuring optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets, as well as conducting market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends. To qualify for this role, you should ideally have 1-3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development, particularly within the home textiles, furnishings, or similar industry. Additionally, you should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, be able to work independently, show initiative, and achieve targets, and be willing to extensively travel to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. Experience in managing offline retail stores and distributors would be advantageous.
