The Strategy Head will be responsible for developing and executing business strategies to enhance the dealer, distributor, and retailer network for the company's TMT retail business. This role requires strong expertise in micro-management, network expansion, and market penetration, with a preference for candidates from TMT, grey cement, FMCG, or FMCD industries. Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Execution: o Develop and implement a comprehensive business strategy for retail TMT sales. o Identify growth opportunities and optimize market penetration. o Ensure alignment of strategy with overall business objectives. Dealer, Distributor & Retailer Management: o Oversee micro-management of dealer/distributor/retailer operations. o Strengthen relationships with existing partners and onboard new dealers/distributors. o Implement performance tracking systems to enhance efficiency. Network Expansion & Market Development: o Drive network expansion by identifying and onboarding new dealers and distributors. o Conduct market research to assess demand and optimize distribution channels. o Develop incentive programs to encourage dealer participation and loyalty. Sales & Revenue Growth: o Collaborate with sales teams to increase revenue and market share. o Implement pricing strategies and promotional campaigns. o Monitor sales performance and adjust strategies accordingly. Operational Efficiency & Compliance: o Ensure smooth operations across the dealer/distributor network. o Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies. o Optimize supply chain and logistics for seamless product availability. Reporting & Stakeholder Communication: o Provide regular updates to the Managing Director (MD) on strategy execution. o Work closely with cross-functional teams to align business goals. o Present data-driven insights for informed decision-making.
