Title Sales Representative

The Sales Representative position is based in Indore with travel required to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities. This is a full-time role with a compensation package that includes a fixed salary, incentives, and provided travel & daily allowance. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in expanding our brand presence in offline retail home textile and furnishing stores. Your success in this role will depend on your strong sales skills, self-motivation, and willingness to travel for business development purposes. Your responsibilities will include identifying and onboarding home textile & furnishing retailers, pitching products, closing deals, and meeting sales targets. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and store owners. Regular travel to different cities for store visits, client meetings, and business growth will be a key part of this role. Additionally, you will ensure optimal product placement and visibility in retail outlets, conduct market research to analyze customer preferences, competitor products, and industry trends. The ideal candidate for this position will have 1-3 years of experience in sales, distribution, or business development, preferably in home textiles, furnishings, or a related industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills are essential for success in this role. You should be able to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets. A willingness to travel extensively to Tier 2 & Tier 3 cities is required, and experience in handling offline retail stores and distributors is a plus.
