Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Team Lead, based in New Delhi. The Inside Sales Team Lead will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations of the inside sales team, including lead generation, customer service, and team management. Key tasks will involve developing and implementing sales strategies, overseeing team performance, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also requires strong leadership to mentor and guide the sales team towards achieving their targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills

Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets
  • Drive sales for

    education programs (PhD/other higher education)

  • Ensure smooth coordination with clients and provide end-to-end guidance
  • Train and support the team to improve sales productivity
  • Prepare regular reports on performance, pipeline, and closures
