About the Role

We are looking for a high-performing Inside Sales Leader (Sr. Manager / Manager level) to build, lead, and scale our inside sales function. This role will be responsible for revenue growth, pipeline creation, improving lead-to-deal conversions, and building a strong sales team. You will work closely with Marketing, Product, and Leadership to drive predictable revenue and accelerate business growth.

Key Responsibilities

1. Revenue & Pipeline Ownership

  • Own monthly, quarterly, and annual inside sales revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain a predictable pipeline by ensuring high-quality inbound & outbound processes.
  • Improve lead-to-demo, demo-to-closure conversion rates.

2. Team Leadership & Development

  • Build, manage, and mentor a high-performing team of Inside Sales Executives.
  • Drive daily sales rhythms: call audits, objection handling, role-plays, performance reviews.
  • Set KPIs, track performance, and provide structured feedback.

3. Sales Strategy & Execution

  • Develop outreach strategies for target industries/personas.
  • Improve sales playbooks, call scripts, email templates, and qualification frameworks.
  • Drive data-backed decisions using CRM and analytics.

4. Collaboration with Marketing & Product

  • Work closely with Marketing to improve lead quality and streamline MQL SQL Opportunity flow.
  • Provide product feedback to enhance conversions and reduce drop-offs.
  • Align on ICP, messaging, and campaign feedback.

5. Process Excellence

  • Implement and optimize CRM flows, automations, and reporting dashboards.
  • Ensure follow-up discipline, SLA compliance, and consistent communication touchpoints.
  • Standardize demo processes and trial activation journeys.

Key Requirements

  • 710 years of inside sales experience in B2B SaaS / Tech / Enterprise Solutions.
  • Minimum 3 years in a team leadership role (leading 5–20 people).
  • Strong experience in managing complete inside sales funnels—lead qualification to closure.
  • Expertise in CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, LeadSquared etc.).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Proven track record of hitting/reaching revenue targets.
  • Ability to build processes from scratch and scale teams rapidly.

Preferred Skills

  • Understanding of marketing + sales alignment best practices.
  • High ownership mindset and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong storytelling and demo presentation skills.
