Job Summary: We are seeking a Business Development Executive with Fresher-3 years of experience in B2B tech sales (IT Services/ EdTech/SaaS). As a BDE your mission will be to generate and qualify leads using your consultative approach, creative personalization skills, excellent communication and product knowledge. You will be extremely results-driven, customer-focused, technologically savvy, and innovative at building relationships with key stakeholders. The candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving sales growth for our technology services. Key Responsibilities: Prospecting & Lead Generation: Researching potential prospects, contacting them via phone, email, LinkedIn, etc, qualifying them, educating prospects about the services and scheduling qualified meetings with key decision makers in a high-velocity sales environment. Lead Research: Identify and evaluate leads through web and CRM research. Decision-Maker Identification: Pinpoint key decision-makers within organizations. Relationships: Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients. Personalization: Understand the persona and tailor the pitches accordingly. Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and presentations. CRM Management: Maintain and update all contacts/opportunities in the CRM. Quotas: Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies. Required Skills & Qualifications: a) 1-3 years of experience in outbound lead generation (preferably in US market) b) Excellent communication and presentation skills. c) Ability to handle rejection positively d) Must be self driven, persistent, and able to work independently. e) Understanding of basic tech keywords, services like web design, app development, UI/UX, etc. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with lead generation platforms such as Upwork, Fiverr, LinkedIn, etc. Regards, Monica 8925811771 Show more Show less
