About Taxocity: Taxocity is a rapidly growing online platform providing high-volume compliance and legal services, including ITR filing, GST registration, and Company Incorporation. Location (Onsite): 49, DDA Site 1, M Block, New Rajender Nagar, Delhi - 110060 Core Responsibilities: 1. Lead Management & Conversion: Handle Inbound and Outbound Sales Inbound Lead Qualification: Promptly receive, qualify, and manage incoming leads generated through the website (www.Taxocity.com), phone calls, and other digital channels. Outbound Engagement: Execute strategic follow-up calls and emails to warm leads and database contacts to convert initial inquiries into sales. Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets for all key services: Company Incorporation (Pvt. Ltd./LLP), ITR Filing, and GST Registration. Pipeline Management: Maintain an accurate and up-to-date record of all sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline stages in the company's CRM/Lead Management System. 2. Product Knowledge & Client Consulting: Expert Consultation: Develop and maintain in-depth expertise in all services offered by Taxocity, including the legal and procedural requirements for Company Incorporation, DIN, DSC, GST, PF/ESIC registration, and post-incorporation compliance. Needs Assessment: Consult with potential clients to understand their specific business needs and recommend the most suitable legal structure (Pvt. Ltd. vs. LLP) and services. Quotation Presentation: Customise and present service quotations, clearly breaking down government fees, professional fees, and any optional add-ons (like the Startupwala example). 3. Documentation & Coordination: Documentation Guidance: Proactively communicate the necessary client documentation (e.g., for DIN, Registered Address, etc.) and guide the client through the process (e.g., filling out the 'Questionnaire of Important Details'). Client Handover (Internal): Ensure a smooth and complete handover of the client, along with all required documents and payment confirmations, to the dedicated Operations/Filing Team for service execution. Client Support: Act as the primary point of contact during the initial sales phase, addressing client queries related to the process, documentation, and payment until the service is officially initiated by the Operations Team. 4. Payment Management & Follow-up Payment Facilitation: Clearly explain the payment schedule (e.g., 50% upfront as per industry standard) and the available payment methods (online link, bank transfer). Debt Collection (Sales Stage): Follow up on pending payments and outstanding quotations to secure the initial fee and convert the lead. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) Sales Conversion Rate (Lead to Paid Client) Revenue Generated per Month Number of Incorporation/GST/ITR Filings Converted Average Time to First Follow-up Client Feedback/Satisfaction Score Skills & Qualifications Experience: 1-3 years in inside sales, business development, or client relationship management, preferably in the legal-tech, fintech, or compliance services sector. Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Law, or a related field is preferred. Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi , with the ability to explain complex legal concepts simply and persuasively.
