Role: Inside Sales Executive

Your Mission:

Drive business growth by converting leads, closing deals, and building lasting client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound sales inquiries (B2B)
• Follow up with leads via calls, emails, and LinkedIn
• Book meetings and demos for the tech & design team
• Understand client requirements and pitch our services
• Maintain and update CRM regularly
• Achieve monthly targets and report KPIs

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in B2B inside sales (agency or SaaS experience preferred)
• Excellent communication & persuasion skills
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and a team player
• Comfortable with CRM tools and LinkedIn outreach
• Fluent in English & Hindi
