If you have a knack for connecting with people, understanding their needs, and closing deals – this role is made for you! Key Responsibilities:- Reach out to potential leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to explain product offerings. Convert inbound and outbound leads into successful sales. Maintain a high level of productivity, call volume, and closing ratio. Build and manage a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives for next steps. Collaborate closely with the marketing and CRM teams to follow up on campaigns and drive conversions. Update CRM tools regularly with lead status and interaction logs. Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets. Requirements:- Graduate in any stream (MBA Preferred). Proven inside sales or telecalling experience (ed-tech or publishing industry is a plus). Excellent communication and convincing skills in English & Hindi. Self-motivated with a strong result-oriented approach. Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
