Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Noida for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating new sales leads, managing customer relationships, and utilizing CRM tools effectively. Daily tasks will include providing product information, handling inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups. The role also involves collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets and conducting market research to identify new sales opportunities.
