Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Specialist, based in Gurgaon. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for engaging potential customers, generating and following up on sales leads, and converting them into satisfied clients. The role includes maintaining relationships with customers, providing exceptional customer service, and driving customer satisfaction. Collaboration with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer journey and administrative tasks related to sales will also be part of daily responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
• Strong proficiency in Customer Service and proven ability to maintain Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Communication skills, including active listening and persuasive speaking
• Ability to collaborate with team members effectively and manage time efficiently
• Experience in financial or insurance products is an advantage
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
