Education Qualification: Minimum Graduate


Position Summary:

We are seeking a confident, goal-driven, and smart-working Business Development

Manager – Enterprise Sales to drive growth in our enterprise segment. The ideal candidate

should have a proven track record in B2B sales, with a solid understanding of telecom, ISP,

or system integration services.

Key Responsibilities:

 Identify, target, and acquire new enterprise clients across industries.

 Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.

 Conduct high-level client meetings, product demos, and negotiations.

 Understand client requirements and propose customized solutions.

 Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to ensure customer success.

 Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs.

 Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities.

 Maintain accurate records of business development activities in CRM systems.

Key Requirements:

 1 to 5 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, preferably in telecom, ISP, or system

integration.

 Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

 Strong business acumen and ability to understand enterprise-level needs.

 Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

 Must be a confident, self-motivated, and smart worker with a solution-oriented

mindset.

 Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
