As an Inside Sales Representative at Hypha, you will play a crucial role in our sales operations by focusing on generating and closing new business opportunities. Your responsibilities will include lead generation, client engagement, product demonstration, and deal closing. This role requires a strong sales acumen and the ability to independently drive sales cycles. The ideal candidate will excel in understanding customer needs, delivering effective solutions presentations, and negotiating deals to expand our market footprint. You will be responsible for generating new business leads through various outreach methods such as cold calling, email campaigns, and social media. Additionally, you will qualify leads from marketing initiatives and convert them into sales opportunities. Conducting comprehensive product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of Hypha's solutions will also be a key part of your role. You will drive the entire sales process from initial contact to deal closing, ensuring a seamless transition and high customer satisfaction. Maintaining accurate records of all sales activities and interactions in CRM systems will be essential. Collaboration with the marketing team to refine lead generation and sales strategies will also be a part of your responsibilities. Continuous learning about industry trends and product updates to enhance sales presentations and strategies is encouraged. The minimum qualifications for this role include a proven ability to communicate effectively and persuade potential clients at all levels. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple sales opportunities simultaneously are essential. The role requires the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic, fast-paced startup environment. Preferred qualifications for the Inside Sales Representative position include prior experience in giving product demos and closing sales, ideally within the healthcare industry. Demonstrated success in an inside sales or direct sales role, preferably within the healthcare technology sector, is highly valued. Proficiency in using CRM software, particularly Zoho, to monitor sales progress and lead interactions is preferred. A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is also desirable.
