Inside Sales Specialist

As an Inside Sales Specialist at Global Surf IT, you will be a key player in driving business success by generating new business opportunities through cold calling and handling incoming inquiries with exceptional sales support. Your role will involve building and nurturing client relationships through proactive engagement via various communication channels to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. Additionally, you will be responsible for following up on leads, coordinating events and webinars, updating sales records, and collaborating with the sales team when necessary. It is essential to have a basic understanding of IT products and services to effectively communicate with clients. To excel in this role, you must possess strong verbal and written communication skills, the ability to engage and persuade potential customers, and proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Previous experience in cold calling, lead generation, or sales support is preferred, along with a basic knowledge of IT products, services, and technology trends. Ideal candidates will also have experience in B2B or IT sales, the ability to handle client objections and negotiate effectively, and strong organizational skills with attention to detail. In addition to technical and sales skills, soft skills such as self-motivation, target-driven approach, interpersonal skills, and the ability to work under pressure will be crucial for success in this role. A proactive mindset, strong sense of ownership, and the ability to multitask effectively are highly valued attributes. Candidates with a Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or business development (experience in lead generation is an added advantage) are encouraged to apply.
