What We're Looking For?

• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in academic counselling, sales, education, or a related field.

• Fluent in English and Hindi, with the ability to connect and engage with a wide range of students.

• Proficiency in using a CRM and sales tools.

• A genuine desire to help learners succeed and make an impact on their careers.

• A collaborative mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and ability to work independently.

• Strong analytical skills to assess learner needs and suggest the best learning paths for them.

• Ability to reach out to a substantial number of potential prospects in a fast-paced environment, while making meaningful conversations.

• Demonstrates ability to leverage internal relationships with other departments to move the lead through pipeline stages.

• An entrepreneurial spirit to work in a start-up culture with a diverse talent pool.
