Inside Sales Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute calls and qualify leads and prospects.
  • Conduct data mining to identify decision-makers. (no field visits)
  • Manage lead funnel and book qualified meetings for the sales team.
  • Update CRM diligently with all lead and meeting information.
  • Track performance metrics: meetings booked, response rates and lead quality.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine their approach.
  • Monitor industry trends and develop strategic targeting.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in a relevant discipline.
  • 1-3 years in B2B lead generation, inside sales roles.
  • Proficient in lead generation tools and CRM platforms.
  • Expertise in calling and outreach.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, result-driven, and proactive.
