Inside Sales Specialist

Roles: Responsible for laying the groundwork for prospecting and qualifying leads by approaching the right customer. To identify the prospects and create a long-lasting impact on their mind giving a qualified demonstration of the Software.

Primary Responsibilities

● Reach out to prospective customers and convince them to use SaaS.

● Briefly communicate about Quick Touch Technologies & services & solutions provided.

● Target prospect customers and generate a fixed number of qualified leads.

● Assessing client's needs and requirements and providing solutions accordingly.

● Convert the inquiries into potential sales by answering calls and further demonstration

● Professionally represent the company and build good relationships with clients.

● Listening to what customers want and helping them find the right product for their needs.

● Delivering qualified presentations and demonstrations to customers

● Engaging in meaningful interactions and building good relationships with customers.

● Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs. ● Give good Presentation, and demonstration and handle objections before closing the sale.

● Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media.

● Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their needs and concerns.

● Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.

● Ensure the availability of adequate resources for sales and demonstrations.

● Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections.

● Participate in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of Quick Touch Technologies.
