HireG.ai is dedicated to optimizing recruitment operations for businesses worldwide. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai for an Inside Sales Specialist. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with the sales team, provide product information to potential clients, and follow up on leads to achieve sales targets and business goals. Key Responsibilities Drive inside sales for SaaS-based products/platforms targeting mid-market and enterprise B2B clients Execute concept selling by understanding client pain points and positioning solutions accordingly Handle end-to-end inside sales cycle – lead qualification, product demos, proposals, follow-ups, and closures Generate leads through multiple channels – outbound calling, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and inbound leads Conduct market research to identify potential industries, accounts, decision-makers, and buying trends Qualify leads using structured frameworks (BANT, MEDDIC, or similar) Schedule and conduct virtual product demonstrations and discovery calls Work closely with marketing teams to convert MQLs into SQLs Maintain accurate sales pipeline and activities in CRM tools Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs Provide market feedback to product and leadership teams Required Skills & Experience 2–6 years of experience in Inside Sales / B2B SaaS Sales Proven experience in selling SaaS products, platforms, or subscriptions Strong exposure to conceptual / consultative selling Hands-on experience in lead generation, prospecting, and cold outreach Excellent understanding of B2B sales cycles and enterprise decision-making Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) Ability to research accounts, industries, and buyer personas effectively Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced SaaS environment Good to Have Experience in HR Tech / FinTech / MarTech / Enterprise SaaS Familiarity with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lusha, ZoomInfo Exposure to demo-led selling and solution consulting Startup or scale-up experience Key Competencies Consultative mindset Problem-solving approach Strong follow-up and closure skills Data-driven decision-making Ability to articulate ROI and business impact
