Job Description

Profile - Inside Sales Executive
Duties / Responsibilities

  • Candidate's primary responsibility will be to do Outbound calls and emails to identify business needs, challenges, and goals. Further should schedule and conduct discovery calls and virtual meetings with prospects and clients.
  • Candidate should be capable of presenting the Company’s products or services to potential clients, highlighting key features and benefits.
  • Should generate revenue through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media and referrals, and channel partners.
  • Should be capable of searching and applying for participation in Tenders related to all products of Cloud hosting and Cyber Security.
  • Prepare customized proposals and quotations for all Services.
  • Should achieve monthly and quarterly sales target
  • Should generate reports for weekly, Monthly and quarterly reviews of all Sales and Operations activity on ongoing progress.
  • Candidate should have the ability to do multi-task between sales including operations and support of different clients, partners, sales opportunities, and other initiatives. This includes Coordination activities like as below
  • Liaise between clients and technical teams to ensure smooth project initiation and alignment.
  • Manage and handle project related tasks of Day-to-Day Operations and Service Delivery

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities required

1. Should have knowledge of Cloud , Data Center & Cyber Security products and be able to address client queries effectively.

2. Graduate or equivalent with Excellent oral and written communications skills, as well as excellent presentation skills.

3. Must have good English Communication skills.

4. Experience in sales / pre-sales / tele sales of IT services / Solutions will be an added advantage.

5. Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and market conditions.

6. Ability to handle rejection and setbacks while maintaining a positive attitude.

7. Tech-savvy with proficiency in CRM systems – Appollo, Lusha, etc. & MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Internet Technologies/social media.
