Inside Sales Specialist

Role Overview: You will be a part of our team at revmerito, a leading revenue management company in the hospitality industry, as an Inside Sales Specialist. Your main responsibility will be to generate leads through outbound calls to hotels and ensure smooth communication and workflow with clients and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to hotels to generate leads and identify potential clients. - Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and requirements. - Coordinate with internal teams including sales, marketing, and operations for achieving sales targets. - Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally. Qualifications: - 1-2 years of experience in Inside sales. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hindi. - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams. - Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Industry. - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
