Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an Inside Sales Specialist located in Gurugram with some work-from-home flexibility. The Inside Sales Specialist will be responsible for generating leads, maintaining customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and communicating effectively with prospective and existing customers. Day-to-day tasks will include identifying sales opportunities, managing customer inquiries, and providing support to ensure a smooth learning experience.
