Inside Sales Executive (Freshers)

Role & Responsibilities

Handle inbound inquiries and conduct targeted outbound outreach (calls & emails) to convert leads into qualified opportunities.
Qualify prospects, document needs in the CRM, and schedule discovery calls or demos.
Maintain and update CRM records daily, ensuring data accuracy.
Achieve daily and monthly activity and conversion targets.
Collaborate with marketing and delivery teams for campaign follow-ups and basic proposal preparation.
Continuously improve outreach scripts and techniques through feedback.

Skills & Qualifications

Must-Have:

Cold calling
Lead qualification
Salesforce and HubSpot CRM proficiency
MS Excel
Appointment setting

Preferred:

Experience with sales dialers or auto-dialer platforms
Familiarity with SaaS or solutions selling
Basic knowledge of sales cadences and email automation tools

Additional Qualifications

Freshers welcome; recent graduates encouraged to apply.
Strong verbal English; multilingual candidates preferred.
Comfortable working full-time on-site with shift flexibility.
