Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Supervisor, based in South East Delhi. The Production Supervisor will oversee daily production activities, manage production schedules, and ensure that production processes run efficiently and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include coordinating teams, monitoring work progress, ensuring timely delivery, and resolving any production-related issues that may arise.

Qualifications

• Proven supervisory skills, with the ability to lead and manage production teams effectively
• Experience with production planning and scheduling to ensure deadlines and production targets are consistently met
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in production management and oversight of daily operations
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and resolve issues
• Ability to work on-site in South East Delhi with a focus on maintaining safety and quality standards
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
