Eligibility Criteria:

• Bachelors or Masters (any discipline)
• 2 years of insides sales experience is mandatory.
• Prior experience in SaaS/Product/IT/Staffing industry would be a plus!

Role and Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain relationships with potential clients and partners.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and market share.
• Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery.
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to identify new opportunities.

Skills Required:

• At least 2-7+ years of experience into International Sales.

• Inside sales experience is mandatory.

• Need really good written and verbal communication skills.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling and other means.
• Aggressive and target oriented with the ability to work in high-pressure environments, multi-tasking, and self-motivated.
• Should be able to work in a team environment- end to end in pursuing placements/revenue targets.
