Job Description

Engage with inbound and prospective clients to assess their health, wellness, and nutritional needs. Provide expert consultations, answering queries on nutrition, diet plans, and product benefits. Explain and promote company wellness programs, products (1-month, 3-month, 6-month etc), and services in line with clients’ goals. Convert consultations into program enrollments and product sales by building trust and demonstrating product value. Guide clients in selecting suitable wellness plans and ensure seamless onboarding to the nutritionist or support teams. Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations as needed. Maintain client records, update CRM systems, and track sales conversions. Stay abreast of nutritional science, trends, and industry research to deliver up-to-date, evidence-based advice. Achieve defined sales and client conversion targets. Offer ongoing support to clients post-sale, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
