Job Summary

We are a fast growing startup looking to hire our first inside sales executive who is highly motivated and can drive lead generation, qualify opportunities, and support our revenue engine. You will work closely with founders and the GTM team to shape our sales process and help scale the business.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead Generation & Prospecting


  • Identify, research, and engage potential customers via email, phone, LinkedIn, and CRM tools.
  • Generate a consistent pipeline of qualified leads from key markets
  • Execute outbound sequences and follow-ups using sales automation tools (HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, etc.).

2. Opportunity Qualification

  • Conduct discovery calls to understand customer pain points, needs, and buying intent.
  • Qualify leads using different frameworks.
  • Nurture prospects through the early stages of the sales funnel.

3. Product Pitching & Demos

  • Deliver introductory product pitches to prospects.
  • Work with the Sales/Founders team to schedule product demos, technical deep-dives, and POCs.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge to answer basic feature and capability questions.

4. Pipeline Management

  • Maintain accurate lead and opportunity information in the CRM.
  • Track metrics (calls, emails, meetings booked, conversions).
  • Provide regular updates and forecasts to the Sales Manager or Founders.

5. Collaboration & Market Insights

  • Collaborate with Marketing for targeted campaigns, content, and messaging.
  • Share customer feedback with the product team to improve the product roadmap.
  • Stay updated with competitor landscape and industry trends.

What Were Looking For

  • 1–4 years of inside sales / business development experience (preferably in enterprise tech).
  • Strong communication skills — written and verbal.
  • Ability to understand and explain technology/software solutions.
  • Self-driven, resilient, and comfortable owning aggressive targets.
  • Experience using CRM and sales automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, Apollo, etc.).
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to identify and qualify opportunities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
