Job Summary

Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for technical positions including IT, Engineering, Data Scientist, Data Engineer, Software, Frontend, Backend, and Full Stack roles
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements, technical skills, and team needs
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, social media, and professional networks
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess technical competence and cultural fit
• Coordinate technical interviews and follow up with candidates and interview panels
• Maintain accurate candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS records
• Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Support offer negotiations and assist with onboarding activities
• Stay updated on industry trends, talent market conditions, and emerging technologies

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, IT, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in technical recruitment 
• Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or IT Recruiter
• Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and hiring terminology
• Hands-on experience with job portals, and LinkedIn Recruiter
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for niche, senior, or hard-to-fill technical roles
• Knowledge of employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies
• Recruitment or HR certification (an added advantage)
