About the Role:

Inside Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Qualify leads and set up meetings for the outside sales team.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate SAP solutions and value propositions.
• Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to support regional campaigns and initiatives.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system.
• Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead conversion and pipeline generation.
• Stay up-to-date on SAP products, industry trends, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software.
• Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP) is a strong plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience working with US clients or markets.

Nice to Have:

• Prior experience working with an SAP partner or consultancy.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
