Job Title: SAP Inside Sales Executive – US Region Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Department: Sales / Business Development About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive with experience in SAP solutions to drive lead generation, pipeline development, and customer engagement across North America. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of SAP’s product portfolio and the ability to connect with decision-makers in mid-size to enterprise-level organizations. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage prospective clients through outbound calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels. Qualify leads and set up meetings for the outside sales team. Understand customer needs and effectively communicate SAP solutions and value propositions. Work closely with the sales, pre-sales, and marketing teams to support regional campaigns and initiatives. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and activities in the CRM system. Consistently meet or exceed KPIs related to lead conversion and pipeline generation. Stay up-to-date on SAP products, industry trends, and competitor offerings. Requirements: 3+ years of experience in B2B inside sales, preferably in the SAP ecosystem or enterprise software. Familiarity with SAP modules (e.g., S/4HANA, SuccessFactors, Ariba, SAP BTP) is a strong plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Experience working with US clients or markets. Nice to Have: Prior experience working with an SAP partner or consultancy. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
