Job Description

Looking for Inside sales representative - Mumbai/Bangalore (Spanish Expert) for one of the MNC - MUmbai ?Bangalore Please Note: The applicant must be Fluent in Spanish and English with exposure of customer handling In this role, you will have the opportunity to: Contact potential customers to verify interest and coordinate/schedule meetings with local sales representatives (direct or through channel partner) Document and qualify incoming leads using Salesforce Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software Respond to basic products and services inquiries and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize processes The essential requirements of the job include: 2+ years experience in customer service or client interaction role (e.g., healthcare, pharmacy, pharmaceuticals, sales, or support) Fluency in English, both spoken and written in addition to fluency in one of the following languages: Spanish, German, or French Strong computer literacy and experience working in a PC environment It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in: Working knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems (preferably Salesforce) Previous experience working in biomedical, pharmaceutical, or healthcare-related fields.
