Quality Control and Assurance : Develop and implement quality control and assurance protocols to ensure products meet industry standards and regulatory requirements. Rationalization and Benchmarking: Rationalize and benchmark existing products and solutions in the aquaculture industry, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for innovation. Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to ensure successful product development and launch. Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation. Intellectual Property: Develop and protect intellectual property related to new products and solutions with the help of the IPR team. Customer education: Impart training to the team and the customers on the new products and solutions with regular visits to the customer sites.
