As Sales Operations Support at iT1, you will provide support covering a wide scope of responsibilities, including order
entry, shipment tracking, accounts receivable assistance, and general data entry, among other tasks.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
• Provide overall excellent customer service to help the sales team complete any customer requests
and resolve potential issues
• Support the sales team by overseeing the order process within our internal systems
receivable processes
• Process shipping label request
• Perform other duties as needed
JOB QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Possess high-level organization and time-management skills
• The ability to work quickly and accurately in both independent and team situations
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel
• The aptitude for learning new systems and software quickly
• Financial skills and background
• The ability to juggle a variety of tasks at the same time
• Demonstrated consistency in values, principles, and work ethic
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
• Sit at a computer for 8 hours per day
• Keyboarding for 8 hours per day
• Speaking (communicating information to clients/coworkers)
• Hearing Requirements (In person speech, telephone, other sounds)
• Near Vision (working with small objects or reading small print)
