About Denave

  • Generate and Nurture Leads:

    Conduct outbound prospecting activities, including cold calling and emailing, to identify and qualify new business opportunities for Microsoft's Modern Work and Security solutions.
  • Manage the Sales Cycle:

    Drive the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to negotiation and closing deals, while achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
  • Cultivate Client Relationships:

    Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients, providing them with expert, consultative guidance on how MWP solutions can address their business challenges.
  • Deep Product Expertise:

    Master the Microsoft Modern Work and Security portfolio, including Microsoft 365, Copilot, Enterprise Mobility + Security (EMS), and Defender.
  • CRM and Reporting:

    Maintain a high level of data accuracy by diligently entering and updating all sales activities and customer information in the CRM system.
  • Collaboration:

    Work seamlessly with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and technical experts, to ensure a smooth customer experience and a cohesive sales strategy.
  • Market Insight:

    Stay informed about industry trends, competitive offerings, and the broader IT landscape to refine your sales approach.

Qualifications

  • Experience:

    2+ years of proven experience in B2B inside sales or a related role, with a focus on selling IT software or cloud solutions. Experience with Microsoft products, particularly MWP, is a significant advantage.
  • Skills:

    • Communication:

      Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a strong phone presence.
    • Technological Proficiency:

      Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Dynamics 365) and other relevant sales and office productivity tools.
    • Resilience and Drive:

      Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
    • Problem-Solving:

      Strong analytical and logical thinking skills to identify customer needs and troubleshoot challenges.
  • Education:

    A bachelor's degree is preferred.
