About the Role

This role is about being the first point of connection with potential clients. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities, starting conversations, and scheduling meetings for the business development team. You will also stay involved through the sales cycle to ensure smooth coordination and a strong client experience.


What You’ll Do

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

  • Identify and qualify potential clients through research, calls, and online outreach.
  • Build a strong sales pipeline using LinkedIn, CRM tools, and targeted campaigns.
  • Schedule meetings with IT decision-makers for the business development team.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline to keep opportunities moving forward.

2. Client Engagement and Relationship Building

  • Join virtual meetings and presentations to understand client needs.
  • Coordinate with technical and business development teams to shape solutions.
  • Maintain consistent follow-ups to build long-term relationships.

3. Sales Process Support

  • Be actively involved in the entire sales cycle alongside the business development team.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and other client-facing materials.
  • Keep CRM records up to date for all interactions.

4. Market Insights and Reporting

  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitors, and new technologies.
  • Share valuable updates and insights on sales activities, pipeline health, and market feedback with management.


What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of Inside Sales experience, preferably in IT or SaaS.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and pipeline management.

  • Experience selling IT or software solutions.
  • A proven track record of generating and qualifying leads.
