Job Description: Sales Associate (Experience Centre)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹18,000 per month Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM Weekly Off: Rotational
Key Responsibilities:
Sales: Greet customers and convert walk-ins into sales by explaining product features (luggage/backpacks).
Product Knowledge: Demonstrate the quality, durability, and USPs of products.
Store Upkeep: Keep the display area organized, clean, and visually appealing.
Inventory: Monitor stock levels and assist with daily sales reporting/billing.
Requirements:
Education: Graduate (Any stream) or MBA in Marketing (Preferred).
Skills: Good communication in Marathi and Hindi; confident and well-groomed.
Experience: Freshers or 1 year in retail sales.
