As a Recruitment Consultant, your primary role will involve assisting clients in identifying the most suitable candidates to fulfill their staffing needs. Your responsibilities will include finding clients, nurturing long-term relationships, comprehending client requirements, and utilizing various recruiting methods to attract potential candidates. It will be crucial for you to evaluate resumes and applications, source candidates through databases and social media platforms, and conduct pre-interview screenings. Matching candidates to appropriate positions, offering guidance to job seekers, and facilitating agreements between candidates and employers will also be part of your duties. To excel in this role, you must possess the skills of a salesperson and a headhunter, with a keen sense of judgement and excellent communication abilities. Your ethical standards and collaborative skills will play a significant role in building successful relationships with both clients and candidates. Key Responsibilities: - Find clients and establish enduring partnerships - Interpret and address client needs effectively - Utilize diverse recruiting techniques such as job advertising - Assess resumes and job applications thoroughly - Source candidates from various channels including databases and social media - Conduct preliminary screenings of potential candidates - Match suitable candidates with appropriate job positions - Cultivate relationships with job seekers and offer guidance when needed - Facilitate and finalize agreements between candidates and employers Requirements and Skills: - Demonstrated experience as a recruitment consultant, HR consultant, or similar role - Proficiency in recruitment and sourcing strategies - Strong sales and customer service skills - Exceptional communication skills - Confident and amicable demeanor - Well-organized and capable of working towards targets - Sound judgement and ethical decision-making - Bachelors degree in HR, marketing, or a related field This is a Full-time, Permanent position suitable for both experienced professionals and freshers.
