We’re looking for an Inside Sales & Marketing Manager who’s got the perfect mix of hustle, strategy, and a flair for digital tools. If you're great at generating leads, nurturing relationships, managing prospect databases, and building an engine that brings in inbound and outbound leads—then you're the one we’re looking for.

· 📩 Campaign Builder: Create and run lead-gen email campaigns that get attention and drive replies. From cold prospecting to warm nurture flows—you’ll handle it all.
· 💬 Digital Outreach Pro: Own our LinkedIn engine—manage outreach sequences, create hooks that resonate, and keep the conversations flowing with potential leads.
· 🧠 CRM & Database Champ: Maintain and segment our prospect database like a pro. Whether it’s Apollo, Lusha, or Zoho CRM—you’ll know who’s where and what to do next.
· 📊 Funnel Optimizer: Track performance across outreach, emailers, and inbound leads. Use those numbers to make smarter decisions and build better campaigns.
· 🔄 Cross-Functional Collaborator: Work hand-in-hand with content, design, and sales teams to create materials that open doors—presentations, landing pages, lead magnets, and more.
· Outbound Ninja: You know how to research, target, and message the right people—cold doesn’t scare you, because you bring the warmth.
· Marketing-Sales Hybrid: You're just as comfortable crafting a catchy subject line as you are picking up the phone to qualify a lead.
· Tools Power-User: LinkedIn, Zoho Campaigns, Apollo, Lusha, HubSpot—you’ve worked with them (or their cousins) and know how to get results.
· Organized Hustler: Juggling campaigns, leads, and follow-ups? You thrive in that chaos and keep it clean behind the scenes.
· Data-Driven Doer: Open rates, conversion metrics, lead scoring—you don’t just track them, you act on them.
· Self-Starter: You don’t wait for someone to assign a task. You spot a gap, fill it, and optimize it before anyone else even notices.
· A bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or anything related.
· 3+ years of experience in inside sales, growth marketing, or B2B demand generation—preferably in a digital or agency setup.
· Proven track record in email and LinkedIn-based lead generation.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Prior experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
