Job Description: Manage inbound and outbound lead generation through calls, emails, and digital campaigns Qualify leads, understand customer needs, and provide product demos via video or phone. Maintain and update CRM tools with accurate customer information and sales activity. Convert leads into paying customers by building trust and showcasing product value. Follow up with leads consistently and nurture them through the sales pipeline. Collaborate with the product and customer success teams to ensure seamless onboarding. Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals. Conduct market analysis to identify new opportunities, trends, and competitor activities. Set long-term and short-term sales targets. Oversee the sales team to ensure targets are met. Monitor sales performance through KPIs and sales reports. Develop pricing strategies and discount structures. Manage key customer relationships and negotiations. Plan and execute marketing campaigns (digital, print, events, etc.). Supervise market research, brand positioning, and product marketing. Manage content creation, advertising, and promotional activities. Analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics or CRM platforms. Set performance objectives and conduct regular performance reviews. Provide coaching and mentoring to team member Develop and manage the sales and marketing. Work closely with product development, customer service, and senior management. Coordinate between sales and marketing to ensure cohesive messaging and goals. Liaise with external agencies, partners, and vendors as needed. Prepare reports for senior leadership on market trends, sales performance, and ROI. Use CRM and marketing automation tools to track customer interactions and sales funnels. Identify customer needs and ensure high customer satisfaction. Develop customer acquisition and retention strategies.
