As an Inside Sales Manager, you will be a crucial part of the sales team, you will be responsible for prospecting and qualifying leads, conducting presentations, and maintaining client relationships. Responsibilities:

- Achieve Annual Revenue Target

- Present product information, features, and benefits to potential customers.

- Strong follow with school coordinators up on existing business and increase adoption rate.

- Conduct inbound and outbound calling to potential customers to generate new business opportunities.

- Support Field based team with appointment making.

Track sales data and KPIs.

- Prepare Daily, Weekly, Monthly and Annually sales report.

- Document all client contact, leads and opportunities.

- Ensure proper follow up on all qualified leads.

Requirements and Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/MBA degree or a related field.

- Minimum 2 to 4 years of inside sales experience

- Proven experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar role.

- Local language of state will be preferred

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
