Inside Sales Manager

Job Role: Inside Sales Manager – Nutraceutical/Healthcare/Pharma Industry

Location: Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Working Days: 6 days/week (2nd & 4th Saturday off)

Salary Range: ₹13-25 LPA (Based on experience)

Timings: 9 AM to 6 PM

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to lead our sales team in the nutraceutical/healthcare/pharmaceutical sector. You will drive revenue growth, optimize sales strategies, and ensure a high-performance sales culture.

Key Requirements:

- 3+ years in consultative inside sales (B2C/B2B), preferably in Healthcare/Nutraceutical/Pharma

- 1+ years of team leadership experience (managing 10+ associates)

- Proficiency in Sales CRM (Zoho/Leadsquared/Ameyo) and Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP)

- Proven track record in achieving sales targets and process improvement

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor a team of inside sales representatives to achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals

- Optimize calling scripts, CRM workflows, and lead allocation for maximum efficiency

- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional campaigns

- Monitor sales pipelines, analyze performance metrics, and forecast trends

- Ensure smooth sales operations with data-driven decision-making
