Inside Sales Manager

Your Responsibilities - Managing the inside sales representatives team - Setting and monitoring sales targets for your team - Proposing and executing enhancements in the sales administration process - Coordinating department projects to meet deadlines - Reporting on sales metrics and recommending improvements - Compiling monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts - Utilizing customer feedback to brainstorm new features or products - Researching and developing strategies to boost customer engagement - Ensuring compliance with sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures - Cultivating an open-communication environment within your team - Collaborating with Marketing and Product Development departments to maintain brand consistency and drive sales Skill Sets/Experience We Require - 5-7 years of proven work experience as an Inside Sales Manager or similar roles - Proficiency in managing multiple accounts efficiently - Experience in sales forecasting and customer base expansion - Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators - Familiarity with CRM software, particularly Hubspot - Strong communication and presentation skills - Excellent organizational abilities with a problem-solving mindset - Willingness to travel as necessary Pedigree - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (any discipline) - MBA in Sales & Marketing would be advantageous,
