Inside Sales Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing sales primarily through phone, email, and virtual channels. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong product knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients. Key Responsibilities: Identify and qualify leads through inbound inquiries, cold calling, and online research. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients via calls, emails, or virtual meetings. Maintain and update customer information in the CRM system. Follow up with prospects to move them through the sales pipeline and close deals. Collaborate with marketing and field sales teams to align sales strategies. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Provide excellent customer service, addressing client queries and resolving issues promptly. Prepare sales reports and analyze performance metrics to improve sales strategies. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 0–3 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or business development. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment. Strong negotiation, persuasion, and problem-solving skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and target-driven mindset. Preferred Skills: Experience in B2B or SaaS sales. Knowledge of lead generation and sales automation tools.
