Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

JD for EXECUTIVE:

Identify and qualify new business opportunities via research, networking, and outbound outreach.
Engage prospects to understand business needs and position ERP/SAP solutions effectively.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute lead generation campaigns and follow up on inbound leads.
Schedule discovery calls, demos, and meetings for the sales team.
Maintain an accurate sales pipeline using CRM tools.
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for qualified leads and meetings.
Share market insights and customer feedback to refine sales strategies

Required Candidate profile:

13 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation—preferably in ERP/SAP.
Understanding of ERP concepts and familiarity with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Business One, or similar platforms.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to meet lead generation and sales targets.
Ability to map business processes to ERP functionalities.
Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) and MS Office.
