Job Description

JD for PP: Min 5+ years in SAP design, prototyping, and configuration for PP • Business Process knowledge of Production Planning processes, Discrete Manufacturing processes, Material Requirement Planning processes & Production Order Execution processes. Required Candidate profile: Solid understanding of system development, project management, and SAP architecture. • Should have at least 2 implementations exp Key Skills: SAP Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), Production planning strategies, Batch management, Product lifecycle management, Quality control measures Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor s degree in Engineering, Information Technology, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. At least 5 years of experience working with SAP PP and QM modules, with hands-on experience in system configuration and implementation. Strong understanding of production planning processes, including demand management, MRP, and production order processing. Expertise in SAP QM processes, including quality inspection, quality planning, and quality notifications. Experience integrating SAP PP and QM with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, WM, and FICO. Experience with SAP S/4HANA or previous versions (ECC) and a clear understanding of cross-module integration. Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, including batch management, production scheduling, and capacity planning. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and project managers. Proven experience in leading SAP PP and QM implementation or optimization projects. Ability to analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions to improve manufacturing and quality management processes. Experience with system testing, data migration, and troubleshooting in SAP environments.
