Job Description

Generate revenue by converting prospects into customers through phone-based sales interactions. The tele caller serves as the first point of contact for potential customers, making their role crucial to brand perception and sales success.

Roles and Responsibility

a. Make outbound calls to potential leads from provided databases / inbound inquiries.
b. Explain products/services clearly, highlighting benefits and addressing objections.
c. Generate and qualify leads, schedule meetings/demos for the sales team.
d. Maintain and update CRM with accurate client information and call status.
e. Achieve daily/weekly call and lead generation targets.

Desired Skills
a. Strong Communication in English
b. Confident, persuasive, and target driven.
c. Ability to handle objections and convert cold calls into warm leads.
d. Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and CRM tools.

Qualification

a. Graduate in any stream (preferred but not mandatory).
b. Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience in Tele calling / Inside Sales / Customer Service are welcome
