This full-time, on-site role in Pune is for a Java & Python Trainer/Teacher. As a Trainer/Teacher, you will be responsible for designing and implementing training programs, delivering lectures, and conducting hands-on coding sessions. Your duties will include creating training materials, organizing assessments, and ensuring that students understand the concepts being taught. Additionally, you will play a role in evaluating and monitoring students" progress, offering support and feedback to improve learning outcomes. To excel in this role, you should possess proficiency in Java and Python programming languages, along with experience in developing training programs and instructional materials. Strong presentation and communication skills are essential, as you will be conducting hands-on coding sessions and practical demonstrations. Previous experience in evaluating student performance and providing constructive feedback is also beneficial. A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required, and previous teaching or training experience is a plus.
