Inside Sales Executive

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Executive to join our industrial supply team. The ideal candidate will handle customer inquiries, generate quotations, follow up on leads, and support field sales by providing backend coordination. The role focuses on bearings, belts, Plummer blocks, and related industrial components. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp inquiries from customers. Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable products (bearings, belts, blocks). Prepare quotations, proforma invoices, and sales orders. Follow up with customers for order confirmation and payment. Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking systems. Coordinate with the purchase and logistics team to ensure timely order execution. Maintain strong product knowledge and regularly update on new items and pricing. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key customers and vendors. Provide support to the field sales team with necessary data and documentation. ✅ Required Qualifications and Skills:Minimum 1 year of experience in industrial product sales (preferably bearings, belts, or related). Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Email). Understanding of product types like SKF, FAG, NTN, NBC, Masta, Fenner, etc., is a plus. Ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously. Quick learner with a positive attitude and willingness to grow. 🎯 Preferred Candidate Profile:12th Pass,Diploma or Graduate in Mechanical Engineering, Business, or related fields. Prior experience in B2B or distribution-based sales. Familiarity with ERP or CRM systems.
